Peak is the glass-walled restaurant and event space on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, above the Edge observation deck. Seasonal American fine dining, a sky-high bar and private event capacity for up to several hundred guests, operated by Tao Group Hospitality with views that end arguments about where to host.
